At Archive90s, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy for all orders—whether due to a defect, sizing issue, or simply a change of mind.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition;

  • Include all original tags and packaging;

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly—either with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges & Change of Mind

We accept exchanges or returns for any reason, including incorrect size or change of mind, within 30 days. The item must meet the return conditions above.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International Returns

International customers may also return items under the same conditions. However, return shipping and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number;

  • Reason for return or exchange;

  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps and instructions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items;

  • Custom or made-to-order items;

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by use.

 Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

  • Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm your return is received.
