We strongly recommend checking our size chart before completing your purchase to ensure the best fit.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned with original tags attached and in unworn condition.

• We do not accept returns on shirts customised with names/numbers that do not correspond to current players.

• Mystery items cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

• If your item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

• We do not refund for buyer’s remorse (change of mind).

Please note: all returns are sent to our returns centre in Brazil. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

We cannot accept returns if:

• The shirt is customised with a non-current player's name/number

• Tags are missing or the item shows signs of wear

• More than 30 days have passed since delivery

• The item is a mystery product

 

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
If confirmed, we will resend or refund your order as quickly as possible.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't heard from us, please email contato@archive90s.com

Dispatch Times & Peak Periods

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly, but during peak sale periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out via the chat on our site.
